Understanding their needs and requirements, along with processing and managing finance applications and agreements throughout the full lifecycle. Our ideal team member will have previous experience handling financial applications and present excellent interpersonal skills with both internal and external customers.RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work closely with customers and the Sales team to ensure a smooth onboarding and agreement set up processes, focussing on providing an efficient and effective service to customers.
  • Check and collate customer documentation and associated paperwork in timely manner to ensure customer needs are met and that we are in full compliance with current legislation and credit approvals.
  • Process deposits and initial payments on ALFA system
  • Preparing accurate payments to suppliers, brokers and customers.
  • Issue welcome packs to all customers within agreed timescales and include relevant documents
  • Support the sales team by speaking to Customers and internal stakeholders to progress with new business transactions.
  • Assisting with customer calls, which may include a phone divert when sales are unavailable or on annual leave.
  • Receive enquiries by email or telephone, addressing these in effectively and in a timely manner
  • Address customer complaints in accordance with policy and respond both promptly and accurately to general sales requests or queries.

  • Have experience of working proactively and taking initiative.
  • Are highly numerate and analytical.
  • Have strong interpersonal skills, the ability to develop and maintain relationships both internally and externally
  • Have experience providing great customer support
  • Have Excellent communication skills
  • Are highly organised
  • Possess effective problem solving skills

  • Have previous knowledge and experience within a Financial services industry and in a similar operational or customer facing role.
