About the role
The primary purpose of the Customer Service Administrator is to maintain and improve customer service standards and facilitate effective day-to-day operations of client campaigns to enhance the growth and development of our brand and business in Australia and New Zealand.
This position involves contact with internal/external customers, clients, not for profit organisations, sub- contracted marketing companies and their agents.
About you
This role is an entry level position ideal for someone who is starting their career, who is eager to learn and be part of a growing team. If you have strong attention o detail, are highly organised, have a proactive approach and the ability to display initiative, we want to hear from you!
Key responsibilities
- Address customer complaints and queries via email and phone promptly.
- Offer general assistance to clients and customers via email and phone.
- Manage cancellation and refund requests from customers or clients.
- Log all incoming queries and calls in the online portal.
- Assess and document field feedback, escalating as needed for further action.
- Identify and report trends in Customer Service issues to the Customer Service Manager.
