Job description
We have been engaged on a Customer Service Advisor hire by one of the biggest Private Healthcare organisations in the UK. This is a full time position that will focus on administration for the hospital as well as ensuring that all customer enquiries are appropriately managed and solved in a first class manner.The role will also include managing Consultant & Outpatient Appointments, Radiology Appointments, Inpatient, Day-case and Medical and Pre-assessment & Endoscopy bookings.The successful candidate will be immediately available and have prior administration experience within a healthcare organisation.Please apply for more details.
