Customer Service Advisor

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced customer service professional to join our
busy team as a Customer Service Advisor. With excellent problem-solving and communication
skills and a proven track record in providing excellent customer service, you will be
enthusiastic and keen to help people. Experience of dealing with vulnerable customers will be
an advantage and additional training and support will build on your existing skills. You will
be based in our office space in Edinburgh and will support our customers within the surrounding
areas.

Warmworks, formed in 2015, is a joint venture partnership between Energy Saving Trust,
Changeworks and Everwarm.

Warmworks is committed to tackling fuel poverty, increasing the energy efficiency of the homes
and communities in which we work and consistently delivering a first-class service to the
households and families that we support.
