Job description:This is a full-time role and you will be hired on a temporary basis for a min. of 6 weeks. This role is likely to be a hybrid opportunity – a combination of work from home and office days. Must be available 8am – 6pm, Monday – Friday. You’ll contribute to your team’s success by bringing to life our ethos of providing excellent customer advice through the delivery of amazing service and with ongoing training, we’ll help you to develop and grow! What you’ll need: • Previous experience in a busy customer support role. • Excellent customer service skills, friendly and approachable telephone manner. • Ability to work well under pressure, resilience when needed and an empathetic nature. • A team worker with a flexible approach and good communication skills. • Attention to detail. In return we can offer you the following: • A chance to work as part of a great team doing a rewarding job. • 40 hours per week. 8 am-6 pm Monday to Friday (We may ask you to be available to work occasional Saturdays and flexible hours until 8pm in the future) • On-going training.
