Background
The Property and Facilities Department (PAF) is responsible for providing a safe and efficient working environment for all University staff and students. PAF manages all building services and the strategic development of the estate contributing to the delivery of City, University of London’s strategic and operational objectives.
Responsibilities
The post holder will be responsible for greeting and processing visitors to ensure a welcome reception at all times, assisting with managing the campus on behalf of the PAF department, managing communications in receptions, liaising with the courier company for pick-up and delivery of couriers, liaising with the catering department and PAF Service Desk when required.
Person Specification
The post holder will have knowledge of customer service protocols with experience of working in a busy environment, experience of a Higher Education customer service role and telephone and written skills You will have the ability to use all Microsoft packages, possess a flexible attitude, the ability to work on your own and within a team and have excellent time management and multi tasking skills.
