Then come and join one of the UK’s largest outdoor retailers as a Customer Service Executive.As part of the Outdoor and Cycle Concepts group, Cotswold Outdoor is joined by Runners Need and Snow + Rock to support outdoor enthusiasts by providing excellent customer service and a range of products from world leading brands, all whilst promoting and encouraging sustainability!How will you make an impact?

  • Providing excellent service to our customers via telephone, chat, and email
  • Engaging and building rapport quickly with our customers to enable understanding of each specific customer’s needs and wants
  • Being passionate about being the face of the company, consistently delivering positive and friendly service throughout the whole customer journey
  • Driving sales by providing good customer service and product knowledge
  • Maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Maintaining departmental and personal Service Level Agreements and KPIs in line with company expectations

Please note this role is 40 hours per week.You’ll fit right in if you have:

  • A confident and positive approach
  • Experience working as part of a team in a call center environment
