Customer Service ExecutiveDunstableSalary £28k – £29k plus bonus and benefitsBased on site Monday to FridayOur client is a market leader in their industry and due to growth within the business and a recent internal promotion they now have an opportunity for a Customer Service Executive to join their inhouse team.If you have experience within a customer service and order processing role dealing with B2B clients.   • Processing orders from existing customers
  • Liaising with internal teams such as warehouse and account managers
  • Dealing with queries
  • Updating in house CRM system
  • Ensuring all orders and timelines are met for customers
  • Building relationships with external clients
  • Working closely with account managers
  • B2B
  • Sending quotes
  • General admin

Ideal candidate

  • Experience in a similar role B2B and order processing
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Good eye for detail
  • Experience of using either SAP or CRM systems would be beneficial
  • Team player
