Joining AJW as a Customer Service Executive, you will be proactively developing, maintaining, and strengthening relationships with existing and new customers, to optimise their satisfaction and increase all sales opportunities.The shift pattern we have available within the AOG team (AOG is an aviation term for aircraft on the ground, meaning the aircraft is unable to fly), night shift 7:00 pm- 07:00 am supporting our 24/7, 365 days a year cover. You’ll be the point of contact for all AOG and priority customer requirements.What you will be doingManage customer requirements in an efficient and timely mannerProvide quotes to customers, working closely with internal departmentsPurchase items for customer requirements, and negotiate with suppliers to achieve the best costPromote efficiencies and continuous improvement for the customer journeyConduct market research, ensuring that all costs are competitiveOur person specification below is by no means exhaustive, and we would like to hear from you if you are interested in the role or in joining AJW Group, despite whether you meet all of our requirements.
