ISSCustomer Service HelpdeskContract: Key Account NetworkLocation: LondonHours of work: 40Contract Type: PermanentThe Customer Service Helpdesk role offers an exciting opportunity to work within one of the UK’s largest shopping centre contracts, supporting the seamless operation of FM Helpdesk and WSC Deliveries services.This position is ideal for someone looking to develop their skills in a dynamic helpdesk and customer service environment, with the chance to gain hands-on experience and progress within the contract over time.Job DescriptionWorking alongside the Team Leader, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of service yard operations while maintaining high service standards.You’ll be the first point of contact for contractor and courier queries, logging jobs for facilities, and providing efficient and professional support to all stakeholders.With a great team atmosphere and opportunities for career growth, this is a fantastic chance to be part of a well-established and fast-paced operation where you can develop valuable skills and make a real impact.Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the smooth daily operation of the Logistics office
  • Ensure health and safety compliance with Client and ISS requirements, supporting Emergency Response procedures and Service Yard rules
  • Manage and monitor the Delivery Management System (DMS) for booking deliveries and contractor access
  • Oversee helpdesk operations, maintaining inbox and incoming calls to required standards
  • Log reactive jobs onto Westfield’s FSI Concept CAFM system
  • Liaise with customers to ensure satisfaction, high service quality, and compliance
  • Provide information and assistance to retailers, suppliers, and couriers on delivery and contractor access processes
  • Manage and promote Value Added Services & Skips
  • Communicate relevant issues and plans to the Key Account Coordinator

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Confidence in keeping engineers, team members, tenants, and clients updated on progress
  • Analytical skills to interpret written, graphic, numeric, and statistical information, including risk assessment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft programs and CAFM systems
