Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the customer service team, providing guidance, support, and training as needed

• Handle escalated customer issues and provide timely and effective resolutions
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience and identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling
• Hire, train, and evaluate customer service representatives to maintain a high-performing team
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve customer service processes and procedures
• Develop and maintain relationships with key clients to understand their needs and expectations
• Be a role model for the team, promoting a positive and customer-centric work culture

 

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of customer service principles and practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze data and identify trends to improve processes
• Experience managing and motivating a diverse team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
