- Parramatta CBD office – 5 minutes from train station.

- Part time Fixed term contract to Mid July 2024 38 hours per fortnight:
- Week 1 Monday-Wednesday 7.6 hours per day (22.8 hours)
- Week 2 Monday-Tuesday 7.6 hours per day (15.2 hours)
As a Customer Service Officer, you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional customer service. Your role encompasses identifying and fulfilling the needs of external customers through various communication channels, including phone calls and digital platforms.
- Handling confidential enquiries from clients, representatives, and service providers promptly.
- Monitoring and responding to social media queries, managing inappropriate content effectively.
- Analysing and resolving issues, escalating when necessary, with a focus on high-risk enquiries.
- Compliance with legislation, organisational policies, and procedures.
- Recording information accurately in designated electronic systems.
- Participating in audits and continuous improvement activities.
- Generating new ideas to improve work practices and implementing positive changes.
- Building positive relationships with clients, colleagues, volunteers, and professionals.
- Providing accurate information, timely follow-ups, and managing stakeholder relations.
About you:
- Quick learner with the ability to hit the ground running
- Proficiency in customer service/client relations, including the ability to deal with client information, queries and complaints sensitively and confidentially at all times
- Possess superb communication skills
- Organised, able to complete tasks and duties on time
Nice to haves:
- Cert III or previous experience working in Aged, Children’s or Community Services
