We are seeking customer service superstars for Full time and Part Time role.

Role Brief: 

We have the following positions available 

  • Permanent Full time: Monday to Friday 
  • Part time: Wednesday to Friday 
  • Rotating Roster 
  • This role is not a Hybrid role – you will be required to work in our West Footscray Office
  • Payrate: $28.95

Criteria

  • Must be willing to work on rotating roster.
  • Excellent customer service experience with extensive product knowledge 
  • Can you think on your feet? Are you good at helping customers with a variety of issues?
  • Are you comfortable with various computer programs?
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • Are you good at multi-tasking? Can you talk to customers, access information and update records accurately at the same time?
  • Fully covid vaccinated with booster.
  • Comfortable to undergo pre-employment check.

This is the job for you! In our call centre team, you will:

  • Help our clients access the products to maintain independent living.
  • Provide important customer service to our vulnerable customers.
  • Work with achievable and manageable KPIs
  • Engage with a diverse customer base with varying needs.
  • Receive ongoing coaching, mentoring and participate in a quality program.
  • Operate in a non-scripted call centre with a need to resolve enquiries efficiently.
  • Work with evolving processes and knowledge base to enable smooth and professional resolutions.
