Customer Service Officer / Donor Care Support

We have a fantastic opportunity for a temporary Donor Care Support Officer with a charity based in Brisbane, this is a 3-month temporary assignment. Are you a customer service specialist? We want to hear from you.

  • Donor Care Support Officer
  • Part time hours, Immediate start
  • Brisbane

Key responsibilities and duties include:

  • Making thank you calls to donors
  • Providing supporter care to supporters and general public, including supporting fundraising and campaigning activity
  • Responding to enquiries (via telephone, email and mail) from supporters and the public about the charity’s work
  • Processing of internet, mail and telephone donations, batching and banking donations
  • Updating supporter records in the database
  • Ensuring data integrity throughout all processes
  • Following through on donor enquiries

To be successful in this role it is important that you enjoy providing exceptional levels of customer service and place a high value on attention to detail and accuracy when working with databases.

To be considered for this role, it is important that you have:

  • A solid background in administration and phone-based customer service (Essential)
  • Previous donor administration or supporter care experience (Desirable)
  • A fantastic phone manner
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail

Please note that you MUST be available to commence immediately and be happy to work on a temporary/casual basis, some opportunities may lead to permanent roles.
