Responsibilities

  • Customer Inquiries: Answer incoming calls from customers and vendors, providing information, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Efficiently schedule service and sales appointments based on customer needs, coordinating with relevant teams for optimal scheduling.
  • Service Coordination: Liaise with service teams to ensure timely and accurate dispatch of technicians or sales representatives to customer locations.
  • Customer Retention Assistance: Assist in customer retention efforts by addressing customer concerns, providing solutions, and promoting additional services or products when applicable.
  • Order Processing: Process customer orders, service requests, and sales transactions accurately and promptly.
  • Issue Resolution: Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly, demonstrating effective problem-solving skills and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Information Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, including call logs, service requests, and appointment schedules.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay informed about company products and services to effectively communicate information to customers and vendors.
  • Communication Liaison: Act as a communication liaison between customers, vendors, and internal teams, facilitating clear and concise information exchange.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback on services or products, providing valuable insights to improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other customer service representatives, sales teams, and service technicians to ensure a cohesive and efficient workflow.
  • Data Entry: Accurately enter and update customer information in the company’s database, ensuring data integrity and completeness.
  • Adherence to Policies: Adhere to company policies and guidelines while interacting with customers, ensuring compliance with service standards and regulations.

  • Prior experience in a relevant role is an advantage
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service professionally
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with relevant software applications
  • High level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data entry and customer interactions
  • Effective time management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality
  • Successful completion of a drug screening test
  • Successful completion of a background check
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
