JMC Aviation are working with a leading Aviation Organisation based at Stansted Airport, due to continued growth they are now looking to recruit a Customer Service Representative to join their expanding team.This is a Permanent Position based in Stansted. This is on a 4 on, 4 off shift rota (2 days, 2 lates). Shifts are 12 hours in length.Salary and benefits include:– Competitive Salary– Excellent career prospects– 25 days holiday per annum + Bank Holidays– Healthcare plan– Death in service cover– Electric car and cycle to work schemes.– Employee Assistance Program– 2 x basic salary life assuranceThe main responsibility of this role is to provide a VIP service to all passengers/crew and visitors in a private lounge. ensuring that they are dealt with in a professional, attentive and discreet manner.Other duties will include:– Meeting and greeting of all visitors and crew– Greeting of all airside flights and escorting of passengers and aircraft crew to the lounge providing a highly effective and efficient service– Always Adhering to safety and security procedures– Serving of refreshments to crew and passenger, always providing a VIP service– Preparation and planning for the following day and future flights– Ensuring that any incidents or accidents are reported to Management immediately– Completion of shift report and handover to ensure information is communicated between shifts– Dealing with petty cash ensuring it is balanced correctlyIn order to be successful in this role, the Customer Service Representative will need to demonstrate the following skills and attributes:– Excellent customer service experience– Possess a UK driving license.– Clear and professional communication skills– Professional outlook and approach– Eligible to live and work in the UK.If you think this is the role for you and you have the necessary skills and attributes, please apply today or contact JMC Aviation for more details.For this opportunity JMC Aviation Ltd is acting as an employment agency.
