DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Answer any incoming call/email from users and try to best meet their needs related to the use of the software suite.
  • Meet the needs of various internal departments
  • Provide technical support to users;
  • In the absence of Agents at the front desk, forward telephone calls and certain emails to designated persons;
  • Upload documents sent by email by subcontractors to their respective accounts;
  • Management of emergency calls during working hours
  • Be available to answer questions and assist agents as needed;
  • Participate in the development of customer service by making suggestions for improvement both in the internal platform and in the development of internal management procedures and tools;
  • Perform all tasks inherent to the customer service function.

COMPETENCY PROFILE

Qualifications

  • High school diploma (mandatory);
  • Bilingualism (spoken and written French/English);
  • Minimum of 6 months of experience
  • Computer literate;
