At Abcam, our vision is to be the most influential life sciences company for researchers worldwide.In this role, you will have the opportunity to:Handle all customer contact and queries on a wide range of topics, delivery dates, stock, documentation, quotesTalk to customers on all channels including phone, email and live chatDeal with all hypercare situations including complaints and escalating customer casesOwn each customer case from start to finish to ensure the customer is informed at all stages of their experienceThe essential requirements of the job include:You are fluent in both written and spoken German along with English.You are comfortable with systems and Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook and Teams.You have experience dealing with customers in a fast paced environment such as retail, hospitality, call center.At Abcam we believe in designing a better, more sustainable workforce.
