Job description
Customer Service Team Leader High Wycombe £32,500 Our well-established and highly successful client are looking for a Customer Services Team Leader. This role will be based at their head office in High Wycombe and will offer a slightly hybrid working pattern after initial training with great company benefits, including private healthcare, life assurance, excellent holiday package and a fantastic subsidised canteen. Role responsibilities:
Providing excellent department administration
Having a full knowledge of all procedures within your department
Supporting the Department Manager at all times
Daily running of allocated team of roughly 10-12
Ensuring all team members work to their targets
Providing all reports as required
Coach and develop Team Members
Maintain and enhance customer service standards
Complete and assist with projects Candidate Profile:
Previous experience as a Team Leader is essential, ideally within the healthcare sector or within a call center environment
Strong people management skills and able to set and monitor targets
