Express Recruitment are very excited to be working with a respected business who operate across the UK. They are expanding and building their customer service team and require a Customer Services Team Manager to lead, coach and drive the department moving forward.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced and seasoned manager and possess the traits to successfully lead a team.

The office hours are Monday to Friday within business hours with free parking on site and a vibrant working environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Delegate required work streams and tasks
• Coaching and 121 support
• Customer focused with a passion for people
• Managing absence/ holiday
• Performance management and HR duties
• Inbound/outbound client & customer calls

Skills & Experience

• Experience of managing large teams within customer service
• Experience of strong stakeholder influence
• Experience of people engagement
• HR experience
• Strong verbal and written skills
