We have a vacancy in our Customer Services Team for a Customer Services AdvisorAs our Customer Services Advisor you will have;

• a flair and passion for delivering excellent customer service, with previous demonstrable experience;
• excellent problem-solving skills and will be able to think on your feet, working in a fast-paced environment;
• the necessary behaviours and attributes to achieve ‘right first time’ customer interaction;
• a display of confidence: being articulate and effective with a full range of communication techniques, i.e., face to face, telephone, written & via digital channels;
• ability to achieve positive outcomes, supporting all areas of the business, offering a broad range of services to our customers, from advice and assistance with repair & maintenance enquiries to a range of housing, tenancy support and advice, including processing payments;
• a flexible attitude to compliment the importance of our service delivery.
