If you have a flair forging strong relationships, driving sales and customer experiences, you could be just who we’re looking for.As a Customer Services Advisor, you will:Bring your skills to deliver excellent customer service, every timeManage both external and internal client queries; ensuring all enquiries are dealt with in an efficient and timely manner, escalating more complex queries to senior staff as requiredInput client data and complete the patient registration process in an accurate and timely manner to agreed formats and standardsUndertake filing, scanning and copying of documents as requiredEnsure professional and effective communication with all clients, visitors and other clinical staffEnsure that client’s confidentiality is maintained at all timesProvide administrative support to the onsite clinical teamCoordinate courier services in and out of the facilityOrder stationeryProactively engage with other Nuffield centres promoting integration and cross-trainingTake on additional administrative and ad hoc duties as the business requiresTo succeed as a Customer Services Advisor, you will have:Experience in administrative/office environmentConfident communicator with ability to engage effectively with the general public and other health care professionalsCompetent and confident IT user – intermediate/advanced skills in Word and ExcelHigh quality of client service and interactionHelping you feel good.We want you to love coming to work, feeling healthy, happy and valued.
