The OpportunityThe Customer Solutions Manager is a permanent position offering a competitive salary.Crown Relocations are looking for a Customer Solutions Manager (Sales Manager) to join the lead management team in our International Sales Centre in London (South Ruislip). Our Sales Centre responds to our private customers from the UK, Ireland, and Benelux to help them find the best solution for their relocation.The Customer Solutions Manager plays a crucial role within the Relocations team. This position has 3 core responsibilities: – * to guide the flow of all incoming sales leads,

  • to ensure accuracy with volumes with Surveys
  • to manage a high-performing sales team that can achieve the monthly budgets set each month and convert leads into actualised booked moves with Crown.

The activity is high in volume as well as seasonal and the Customer Solutions Manager is required to meet changes in demand with the right strategies to support ongoing sales effectiveness as well as profitability.Are you….
Experienced at guiding, mentoring, and motivating a sales-driven team?Capable of fostering a collaborative and high performing culture, working closely with a team to develop and implement innovative dale strategies?
