The team are the first point of contact for our customers and clients when they can’t find answers themselves. You will have the opportunity to work alongside some great colleagues who will be doing similar customer service roles to you.We are busy every day answering a variety of calls which could be anything from an enquiry about holiday entitlement to a question about pay and everything in between! Don’t worry though, you won’t be expected to solve all the queries on your own we will be there to help and support you.Our Customer Services Advisors help our clients either mainly on the phone or via email and internal systems or quite often a mix of both.We work a mixture of part time and full-time hours across a 37-hour week. The phone lines are open from 8:30 – 5:00 so we operate shifts with start times between 8:30 – 9:00 am and finishing at either 4:30 or 5:00pm. We have one vacancy available, offering full time or part time hours on a 12-month fixed term basis.You can even choose which office you prefer to work from – Swindon, Newport, or Billingham. Some of our sites have access to an on-site nursery and a subsidised canteen. We also have free on-site parking, cycle to work schemes and have a bus stop right outside the reception area at our Swindon office.It doesn’t matter if you don’t have previous experience but what is important to us is a positive attitude, a real interest in helping our customers and a desire to deliver first class customer service.What we’re looking for:

  • We are looking for enthusiastic people who have an ability to actively listen, empathise and work with customers to find solutions
  • Having great customer skills means being passionate about interacting with people and enjoying what you do every day
  • Work can be varied as operations covers HR, Finance and Procurement so having an ability to learn at pace and absorb new information is critical
  • Sometimes calls can be complex so you need to be resilient, curious and have a ‘can do’ attitude
  • You’ll also need to be an excellent communicator and work with colleagues across the business
  • Good computer literacy is essential as we use multiple systems which you will be using while talking to our customers
  • Maths and English GCSE’s grades A-C (or equivalent qualifications) or proven work experience
