We are seeking an experienced Customer Support Coordinator, Learning for Life to join our family. Reporting to the Learning for Life Customer Support Team Leader and working alongside dedicated, energised, and passionate team members, this role will work directly to support our families supported by The Smith Family, through exceptional customer support and engage with volunteers from a variety of backgrounds.
About our role
You will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to our Learning for Life families, through outgoing, as well as incoming, calls/emails etc.
- Ensuring successful completion of Administrative tasks, supporting our Learning for Life scholarship and programs.
- Supporting Team Leader on site to coordinate and support our volunteers, undertaking administrative and customer support related activities.
About you
As well as passion for community, you will bring the following:
- Customer Service experience
- Highly developed organisation and administrative skills
- Proficient computer literacy
- Experience in dealing with a variety of customer groups to a professional and friendly standard.
- Have or willing to obtain an employee Working With Children’s Check
