Carinity Home Care – Toowoomba has an exciting opportunity for a new team member to join the team working on a Full or part-Time basis in the position of Customer Support.

Reporting directly to the Lifestyle Coordinator, you will work within a team to administer the day-to-day office activity, manage the roster and be the first contact for all enquiries. Your ability to manage your workload is critical to your success.

The role is based in the Home Care office at Carinity Brownesholme. This site is located in Highfields, just a short drive from Toowoomba and close to all amenities. 

What do I need for the role?

  • Previous staff rostering, payroll, and data entry experience is essential

  • Great attention to detail with strong time management skills

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly communicate with clients, families, and team members

  • Experience using a customer database

  • Availability to work between 8:30am to 4:36pm (Negotiable for the right candidate)

Desirable: 

  • Certificate / Qualification in Business Administration
