Job Summary

The CV Writing & Interview Skills Trainer will design and deliver interactive training sessions to support graduates participating in the upcoming job fair. The trainer will help participants develop professional CVs, strengthen their interview performance, and increase their readiness to enter the job market. The role focuses on practical skill development, confidence-building, and aligning participant competencies with employer expectations.

 

 

Job Function/ Description:

  • Develop and adapt training materials, presentations, and exercises on CV writing and interview techniques tailored for recent graduates.
  • Deliver engaging and practical training sessions to groups participating in the job fair preparation program.
  • Provide individual feedback and guidance to participants on creating professional and well-structured CVs.
  • Conduct mock interviews and offer constructive feedback to improve communication, presentation, and confidence.
  • Collaborate with project staff to ensure training content aligns with the objectives of the job fair and participant needs.
  • Assess participant progress and prepare brief training reports and evaluations.
  • Support the documentation of training outcomes, attendance, and success stories.
  • Contribute to the development of employability materials and resources for future training activities.
  • Perform other relevant tasks as assigned by the project manager or training coordinator.

 

Qualifications & Preferred Skills

Required Education, Experience and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in training, facilitation, or career development programs.
  • Strong understanding of CV/resume writing standards and interview best practices.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to engage and motivate groups of young graduates with diverse backgrounds.
  • Good organizational and reporting skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); experience with online facilitation tools is an advantage.
