*Terms of Reference (TOR) for Data Entry Field Enumerators – PDM*

 

*Objective:*

To hire qualified individuals for data entry and field enumeration tasks related to the Project Development Monitoring (PDM) initiative.

 

*Responsibilities:*

1. Conduct data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
2. Participate in field surveys and data collection activities.
3. Adhere to project guidelines and timelines.
4. Ensure confidentiality and security of collected data.
5. Collaborate with the project team for smooth implementation.
6. Execute daily tasks assigned by the project supervisor.
7. Perform data entry duties with accuracy and efficiency.
8. Follow project guidelines and ensure timely completion of assigned work.
9. Maintain cleanliness and order in the workspace.
10. Collaborate with team members to achieve project objectives.

 

 

*Qualifications:*

1. Proficient in data entry with attention to detail.
2. Previous experience in field enumeration or data collection preferred.
3. Basic knowledge of PDM processes and tools.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Ability to perform daily tasks diligently and efficiently.
6. Proficient in data entry with attention to detail.
7. Strong work ethic and reliability.
8. Good communication skills and ability to work in a team

 

*Duration:*

The contract will be on a daily basis, with a specified remuneration of 25 000 IQD per day.

Daily worker: 25 000 IQD per day

Data Entry: 25000 IQD  per day

Distribution :25 000  IQD  Per day 

 

*Selection Process: *

• Diploma degree
• Computer literate and proficient in MS Office Suite Computer Skills
• good written and spoken English and Arabic
