Job Title: Data AnalystLocation: BirminghamSalary: Up to £45kStart: ASAPMy client is a longstanding financial institution who are dedicated to empowering ambitious journeys through innovative banking solutions.They are about to embark on a huge Data Housing project and are now looking for a Data Analyst to join their team with experience with:
- IT data analysis.
- Strong skills in SQL and data warehousing.
- Proficiency in Data Cubes and Power BI.
- Ability to provide IT support as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with team members to define and prioritise user stories.
- Develop effective data collection and transformation strategies.
- Support change initiatives by analysing processes and proposing improvements.
- Maintain documentation on data mapping and process flows.
- Utilise your expertise in SQL and data visualisation tools like Power BI.
- Provide essential IT support during and outside regular hours.
- Foster teamwork and build strong relationships across departments.
- Translate complex business requirements into technical features.
