Data Analyst – People Data – HR – Data Insights – Python – Power BI – Excel – 3 month contract – Birmingham – Outside IR35 – £300 to £350 per dayAs an experienced Senior People Data Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in transforming our clients People organisation into a data-driven powerhouse. Your primary responsibility will be to lead their people analytics capabilities, providing actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making. This is an individual contributor role, and you’ll have the opportunity to shape the data strategy, establish real-time dashboards, and create beautiful visualisations that empower the clients department, managers, and leadership.Opportunity to work on a greenfirld data transformation project |Data Analyst – People Data – Insights – Python – Power BI – Contract – Midlands

• Proficiency in Python and Microsoft Excel
• Experience with Power BI, Anaplan or equivalent tools
• Strong analytical skills, including statistics, analysis and modeling techniques.
• Familiarity with HR systems, processes, KPIs and databases.
• Proven track record in data analysis and HR.
• Ability to drive best practices independently.
• Hands-on approach to work as an individual contributor.
• Strong analytical skillset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in GDPR, data privacy and compliance preferred
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

A leading Software Vendor

• 3 month contract
• £300 to £350 per day (Outside IR35)
• Birmingham based (2 days onsite hybrid working role)
