Data and Evidence Officer

Yorkshire Wildlife Trust is one of the UK’s fastest growing nature conservation organisations
and seeks to appoint a Data & Evidence Officer.

YWT’s Peat Programme is looking for an enthusiastic person to use their ideas and initiative to
drive forward the innovation of the Partnership’s data platform and work with the team to
continue a vision for supporting the peatland restoration programme.

The post-holder will take the lead on developing the future of data management at the peat team
looking to data sharing and possible cloud-based platforms, they will also provide geospatial
data support to the restoration teams and will work with other staff to ensure monitoring and
evidence gathering activities are organised with robust data management protocols.
