We are Queensland’s peak body for the social service sector. About you

You have a passion for work that creates meaningful change. You will be used to working in a high-performing, fast-paced environment and be:

You will have:

  • Relevant qualifications (essential) in Public and Social Policy, Social Sciences, Data Science or Psychology, or a related field (essential) with relevant demonstrated experience to fulfil the requirements of the role
  • Ability to analyse data and research from a range of sources to inform a range of written documentation with a high level of attention to detail in addition to creating visual representations and presentations of data findings
  • Demonstrated experience and knowledge of relevant systems and strategies to improve the use and quality of data across the organisation in addition to building the capability of the community services sector
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and stakeholder needs
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to engage and build positive working relations with a diverse range of stakeholders including QCOSS members.

In addition, the following mandatory requirement applies:

  • Work Rights: You must have unrestricted work rights in Australia for the duration of this appointment to apply. Visa sponsorship is not available for this appointment.

What you will get

We will offer you a flexible, exciting, rewarding full-time fixed term position in a great place to work. All this plus a competitive salary between $72,558 – $77,795 per annum, dependent on relevant qualifications and experience to fulfil the requirements of the position.

Superannuation of 12%, and access to salary packaging benefits including working from home, flex time and time of off in lieu provisions.
