Context/Reporting line:
Under the general guidance of Head, Peacebuilding and Stabilization Division, the overall supervision of the National Operations Officer and the direct supervision of the Senior Program Assistant, the successful candidate will be responsible for:
Core Functions / Responsibilities
- Receive from admin staff regular information flow for database updates.
- Process data entry for financial data collection for PSD admin including updates and reports.
- Maintaining data collected from admin staff for entry in the system and ensure all reports are up to dates.
- Support data collection and data processing.
- Verifying data received from the admin.
- Analyzing financial reports after updates.
- Any other duties that might be assigned
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or any related field from an accredited academic university or institute with 1 year of relevant experience or;
- Completed high school diploma degree with 3 years of relevant professional experience.

- Good communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to draft clearly and concisely.

Languages:
- Fluency in English, Kurdish and Arabic is required.
