Job Description:

 

Data Entry and Data Analysis 

 

  • Collect and/or supervise collection of program-related data on the field.
  • Provide support to the Manager in designing data collection tools and program databases.
  • Compile all program-related data in dedicated database in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Produce and provide the data and information requested by the Project Manager
  • Support program teams in the processing of information and data gathered
  • Participate to the quality and accuracy follow up of data collected on the field
  • Organize and archive all the gathered data;
  • Ensure that targets are met without compromising quality and adherence to domestic evidence gathering standards.
  • make the necessary data cleaning, check and validations
  • Aggregate daily data to weekly reports.
  • Checking the data after it is entered, validated, and usable with cases, or any of the associated functions.
  • Compile & Consolidate project level data
  • Data storing, preserving it from loss to be retrieved when needed to use, or to obtain information from them.
  • Supporting administrative processes, by providing them with a set of data that will help strengthen the decision-making function.
  • heshe shall submit his reports and observations to his direct supervisor, and shall carry out any work assigned to him.

 

 

education and professional experience:

  • University Degree. Preferably advanced university degree in IT, computer engineering or other relevant disciplines
  • Minimum 2 years’ relevant professional experience in IT, computer engineering or other relevant disciplines

  • Computer skill (Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Good leadership skills
  • Strong technical knowledge in protection
  • High confidentiality, respect and non-discriminatory attitude
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
