Context
Appointment will be subject to certification that the candidate is medically fit for appointment, accreditation, any residency or visa requirements, and security clearances.
The Data Entry Clerk (NFI) will work on programming aimed at providing essential NFI services to beneficiaries in need, as well as strengthening coordination mechanisms amongst stakeholders.
Within the IOM Kaiserslautern, under the direct supervision of the Sr. NFI Operation Associates and overall supervision of NFI Project Officer, the successful candidate will assist the Sr. NFI Operation Associates in the entry of data and in collaboration with relevant teams onsite, the incumbent will be responsible and accountable for the following:
Task description
1. Assist in the collection, record and organize all forms and other relevant information in the NFI Distribution tool module and support the verification of beneficiaries, as needed.
2. Clean the data before processing it into IOM’s database system.
3. Provide timely data entry and process them in IOM’s NFI Distribution tool module.
4. Assist to monitor and evaluate the data and identify areas of improvement.
5. Report daily on data processing activities to the NFI Officer / Sr NFI Operation Associates and make relevant recommendation.
6. Participate in the revision of the tools and training, as needed.
7. Collaborate in the proper archiving/saving of the data collected while respecting IOM’s Data Protection Principles.
8. Support in facilitating the distribution process.
9. Assist in planning and scheduling distribution activities.
10. Contribute to organizing and receiving items from the warehouse.
11. Maintain organization and preparedness of the distribution site
12. Perform other duties as they might be assigned.
