This will be done by carrying out the developing and permanent programs and projects as it is guided by the United Nations’ declaration concerning the third millennium. PAO established in 1992 well rooted and present with offices in all Iraq. 

Data Entry Manager -Erbil

Tasks and Responsibilities: –

  • Developing data collection tools in collaboration with the project team to ensure the quality of the collected data related to the protection project.
  • Providing training for the project team on data collection procedures and the tools used.
  • Supervising data collection activities to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of the collected data.
  • Preparing regular reports and dashboards to clarify the progress of the protection project and its outcomes.
  • Ensuring compliance with data protection and privacy legislation.
  • Monitoring the quality and integrity of the data, and implementing corrective measures when necessary.
  • Maintaining documentation and procedures for data management.
  • Developing and implementing procedures to verify the accuracy and reliability of the data collected in the protection project.
  • Collaborating with partners to ensure the secure and effective exchange of data.
  • Updating or modifying procedures and tools used in data collection based on periodic evaluations.
  • Communicating with the project team and partners to ensure understanding and application of best practices in data collection and management.

Qualifications & Preferred Skills 

– Bachelor’s Degree.

– Minimum of 3 years experience in monitoring and evaluation and Team Leader.

– Excellent knowledge in computers and software programs relevant to this job specifically excel.

– very good analytical skills and proven ability to write professional reports.

– good communication skills.
