Join our Data Team as a Data Migration Specialist, where you’ll play a vital role in ensuring seamless, accurate, and efficient data migration processes.What You’ll Do🧹 Data Cleansing:Remove duplicates, inconsistencies, and incomplete data to ensure accuracy and integrity.🔄 Data Transformation:Extract, standardize, and prepare data for migration, applying necessary conversions and normalization for smooth integration.🔍 Testing & Validation:Conduct rigorous testing to verify accuracy and consistency between source and target data.Perform post-migration validation and troubleshooting to resolve discrepancies.📜 Documentation:Maintain detailed records of the migration process, including plans, data mappings, transformation rules, and test results.🤝 Post-Migration Support:Assist with validation, address any data-related issues, and provide end-user support.What We’re Looking ForTechnical Skills:Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge.Proficiency in Databases/SQL for complex problem-solving.Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.Soft Skills:High attention to detail with a knack for spotting trends and patterns.Thrives on problem-solving, delivering workable solutions efficiently.Strong multitasking abilities to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.Excellent communication skills for conveying complex ideas to all levels of the business.Mindset:Ambitious and eager to learn the latest technologies.Passionate about collaboration and mentoring peers and junior team members.What You’ll BringA BSc in Computer Science or a similar analytical field.Commercial experience using SQL for business requirements.Hands-on experience with tools like Power BI for data visualization.Knowledge of Azure Data Factory or Power Apps is a plus!Why Join Us?🚀 Career Growth: Accelerate your career in a leading wealth management firm.
