  • Classification: SCHADS Level 3 with a salary range of $71,215- $76,353 pro rata per annum + Superannuation

About your new role

The Data & Operations Support Officer will effectively manage and provide support to the team to learn the Client Management System, Carelink+, and accurately complete their data each month. The position includes working with the Neami National data analyst to amend errors in the data and submit to the PMHC portal. The Data officer will also support the leads to aggregate the quarterly data for Neami board and funder reports.

The role includes providing operational and administration support to the team and plays a key role within the Southern Wellbeing Hub, including assisting with referral and waitlist management, data recording, minute taking in meetings and performing reception duties. The Data & Operational Support Officer will support and contribute to the delivery of high-quality services to consumers by ensuring that staff operating within the Southern Wellbeing Hub are provided with office administrative support that is flexible and responsive to their needs.

What you will bring to the role

  • Criminal record checks are mandatory for all new appointments.
  • Working with Children check required before commencement of work (employee responsibility).
  • Sound knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (including email and internet) and proven experience working in a computerised environment
  • Demonstrated high level of verbal and written communication skills and an ability to use initiative and work effectively to timelines
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively while managing a range of tasks; and the skill to organise and prioritise tasks on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
  • A high level of energy, enthusiasm and flexibility, along with a commitment to teamwork and a willingness to learn about Neami
  • Proven ability to solve problems by collecting the right information, analysing the information, developing a solution and evaluating the success of the solution
