Data & Reporting Lead£60,000 – £75,000 + Benefits PackagePermanentUK WideAbout the RoleAs a Data and Reporting Lead, you will be at the forefront of developing and enhancing business intelligence solutions using Microsoft PowerBI. Working within our mature reporting environment aligned with the Microsoft application stack, you will utilize Agile Scrum Development methodology to deliver top-tier data integration, modelling, and visualization solutions.Key Responsibilities:

• BI Solution Development: Lead BI Solution Architecture, secure data sets, and the replication warehouse using Microsoft technologies.

• Data Integration: Perform ETL activities using Azure Data Factory, SSRS, and C# to connect multiple data sources to our Datawarehouse, integrating them into the data model.

• Data Modelling: Design robust and curated datasets using SQL and PowerBI.

• Data Visualization: Create key priority reports and support users in developing their own visualizations.

• Data Integrity: Test and modify new datasets and reports, ensuring reliability and operational stability.

• Process Mapping: Develop and update BI process maps to form the basis of system architecture and configuration.

• Workflow Automation: Build and maintain workflows and process automation within the approved application suite.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficiency with SQL Management Server, SSRS, SSIS, and related systems.

• Experience with the Microsoft Azure stack and technologies such as ADF, Logic Apps, Data Lake, Data Bricks, Power Query.

• Strong ETL experience using SSIS, ADF, or similar products.

• Strong technical acumen, problem-solving skills, and a culture of excellence.
