SHORERIVERS SEEKS DATABASE & DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR
ShoreRivers protects and restores Eastern Shore waterways through science-based advocacy, restoration, and education. We work collaboratively with our community yet maintain an uncompromising voice for clean rivers and the living resources they support.
The Database & Development Coordinator will effectively maintain supporter information in our internal database. As a primary user of database tools, they support all staff members with data and analysis that help them focus on their specific areas of expertise, as well as enhance efficiency and collaboration across the organization.
The most critical skills for this position are attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage short-term and long-term priorities.
The Database & Development Coordinator reports to the Membership Manager as an integral part of the Development Department and works in person out of the Easton office. This is a full-time position; must be flexible to work weekends, evenings, and longer hours when necessary, and to travel when necessary. The position is exempt, salaried, and “at-will.” The employee must live in the communities we serve. This full-time position will be paid a salary of $50,000-$55,000. The Database & Development Coordinator role has a planned start date on September 1st, 2026.

Database (50%) – Utilize Blackbaud Raiser’s Edge NXT
Development (25%) – Actively participate in the Development team
Administration (25%) – Represent the organization at the main office front desk
