Role Purpose

This is a role managing all aspects regarding Aircraft De/Anti-icing. Providing efficient, cost effective, safe Aircraft deicing/Anti-icing service to our customers ensuring that they maintain the ability for safe operations, meet On Time Performance (OTP) during the winter season and whenever adverse weather is forecast.

What you will be doing

• To ensure that operations are ready to deliver compliant aircraft de/anti-icing for the winter period.
• Set and maintain correct staffing levels to provide all customers with agreed SLA’s.
• Work with admin/planning to achieve robust rosters
• Oversee the daily operations with the station de-icing coordinator to ensure staff numbers are at the required levels to cover the operation.
• Liaise with customer representatives as required to ensure daily operational issues are managed effectively and provide customer satisfaction.

What we are looking for

• Excellent understanding of Aircraft De/Anti-Icing procedures.
• Excellent IT skills in MS Office.
• Airside pass holder (desirable).
• Key Competencies – Communicating with Impact and Operational decision making.
• Team player with good interpersonal and organizational skills.
