Start your pathway to a fulfilling career in Logistics with XPO’s Degree Apprenticeship.This unique journey with XPO, provides you with the chance to both work and study a degree at the same time. This opportunity is fully funded by XPO and you’ll gain exposure into how warehousing works, how do we transport goods and work with departments such as solutions design, procurement and finance as part of your apprenticeship curriculum.XPO’s four-year fast track programme to management positions, will include a bespoke development plan for the duration of your degree. Including the university experience with dedicated days on campus, guaranteed progressive job roles, role specific training and a senior mentor to support you through.This role is site based but you will have the opportunity to visit other sites including our carbon neutral head office in Crick, to gain valuable insight into other departments, relevant to your degree.Pay, benefits and more:We’re offering a salary of up to £24,000 for your first year at XPO. After 12 months, your salary will rise to £25,000 and after each year completed on your degree, your salary will continue to rise.In addition, we offer 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. • Dependant on location, you’ll be across one of our warehousing or transport contracts, working on both supply chain streams during your development alongside your degree modules
• At the start of your four-year programme, you will learn the basics of supply chain logistics to give you well rounded exposure
• By the end of your four-year programme you’ll be a qualified supply chain logistics professional ready to support the business in a senior capacity

What you need to succeed at XPO:

• Have a strong work ethic, resilient, loves a challenge and motivated to excel and grow!
• Have great people skills, we’re a people business, where our people matter
• A passion for Logistics and Transport
• Have 3 A levels at BBC or above or 112 UCAS points
• You must be able to drive and have access to a car
