To maintain their leading position in the R&D sector, they are seeking a Delegate Sales Executive for their Central London office.Rewards for the Delegate Sales Executive:

• Base salary of £25,000-£30,000
• Uncapped commissions (OTE £35,000-£40,000 in the first year)

Key Responsibilities:

• Focus on diverse and innovative sectors, including emerging technology
• Conduct thorough research to identify and understand market issues
• Sell attendance to industry-leading events using a consultative approach
• Develop new client relationships and opportunities
• Engage with prospects via email and social media
• Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing
• Take ownership of sales campaigns
• Utilise world-class sales tools and techniques
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, production, sponsorship, etc.)
• Attend events to ensure smooth operation and enhance customer service through face-to-face interactions

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Degree educated
• 12+ months of sales experience
• Proven record of achievement (academic, sporting, workplace, etc.)
• Driven, intelligent, and articulate
• Structured and methodical with excellent time management skills
• Motivated, tenacious, resilient, and hardworking
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Mature outlook with strong commercial awareness and business acumen
