Summary of Requirements

The OSCE Mission to Skopje, through its extrabudgetary project Building New Bridges (BNB), is organizing a final community-focused event to celebrate the project’s achievements and promote sustainability of its results. This closing event will be held on 16 September 2025 at Primary School “Zhivko Brajkovski” located at Kraishka 1A Street, Butel, Skopje 1000, Republic of North Macedonia. The event is expected to gather approximately 200 participants, including pupils, teachers, civil society representatives, institutional partners, and international donors.

The event will consist of two segments: a formal recognition ceremony and a youth-centred celebration featuring interactive activities, performances, and showcases of creative work. To ensure the successful execution of this high-profile gathering, the BNB Project seeks to engage a qualified company to deliver services and goods for this event.
