Job Description
Scope:
The Deputy Director is responsible for oversight and implementation of all direct service programs in the Louisville office. Current programming focuses on refugee resettlement, economic empowerment, education, youth, health, and food and agriculture initiatives. The Deputy Director will also support a wide variety of office management and administrative responsibilities. This role will represent IRC and engage regularly with external audiences to increase awareness, generate support, and raise visibility of IRC’s work and client needs in the Louisville area.

US Benefits: The IRC offers a comprehensive and highly competitive set of benefits.
