Job Description
Scope:
The Deputy Director is responsible for oversight and implementation of all direct service programs in the Baltimore, Maryland office. Current programming focuses on refugee resettlement, economic empowerment, education, youth, health, and immigration initiatives. The Deputy Director will also support a wide variety of office management responsibilities. This role will represent IRC and engage regularly with external audiences to increase awareness, generate support, and raise visibility of IRCs work and client needs in the Baltimore area.
