Job Description
Scope:
The Deputy Director is responsible for oversight and implementation of all direct service programs in the Dallas office.Current programming focuses on refugee resettlement, economic empowerment, education, youth, health, and food initiatives.The Deputy Director will also support a wide variety of office management and administrative responsibilities. This role will represent IRC and engage regularly with external audiences to increase awareness, generate support, and raise visibility of IRCs work and client needs in the Dallas area.

Job Requirements
Education:
Bachelors degree required; graduate degree in business, non-profit management, public administration, or human services related field preferred.
