To deliver this role effectively, you will need a combination of operations and Health and Safety Experience to help us deliver the right environment for our internationally renowned research and education.Further information about UCL School of Pharmacy can be found on our websiteThe Division is housed in a large standalone building in Brunswick Square, with some additional leased offices in Tavistock SquareAbout the roleThis is an exciting opportunity to join UCL as a Deputy Estates Operations manager, working at the UCL School of Pharmacy.The School of Pharmacy operations team has four people who are responsible for operating two buildings on the Bloomsbury Campus. These buildings are heavily used for education and research, with complex laboratories and busy teaching spaces in the heart of the Bloomsbury Campus.The Deputy Estates Operations Manager will support the Operations Manager in delivering efficient and effective services across health and safety, building security, facility management and estate support. The role requires interaction with many people at all levels within UCL; building effective and positive working relationships is, therefore, essential. A professional attitude, willingness to help, and ability to deal professionally with a broad range of stakeholders and issues are essential in carrying out the role.About youThis is a busy role and the post holder will be adaptable, quick to assimilate information and establish their own support networks across UCL.
