• Previous management skills are essential.
• Ability to administer and order medicines in accordance with home policies.
• Assist the Manager in establishing and maintaining auditing systems for quality assurance.
• Adhere to the NMC codes of conduct.
• Provide professional supervision and support to care and nursing staff.
• Effective communication with relatives and healthcare professionals is crucial.
• Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of home management and care.
