What’s involved in this Deputy Restaurant Manager role?

• To assist the Restaurant Manager in the smooth running of all services following the company standards and procedures.
• To act as a manager in the absence of the Restaurant Manager as required and ensure that all areas operate to the required standard on a daily basis.

What’s required?

• This role does not come with accommodation so you would need to be in commutable distance of Ascot
• Previous similar experience in an Assistant Restaurant Manager role
• 5* Hotel Experience
• Food & Wine knowledge
• Leadership
